Partner and ally networks

When a company has many allies, growth becomes a question of organization. A partner network takes more than a list.

A partner network is the structure that lets a central organization manage its allies, distributors or representatives — who they are, how they are organized, what relationship they have with the center, what activities they run and how they can grow — so that growing through third parties becomes a matter of structure rather than improvisation.

When a company has many allies, distributors, partners or representatives, growth can turn into a problem of organization.

What it solves

A list of partners only goes so far. You need to know who they are, how they are organized, what relationship they have with the center, what activities they run, how they can grow and how the organization can support them.

Asaulia builds partner networks that let the central organization manage its allies better and drive the growth of that community. This turns it into a tool for building and managing commercial ecosystems.

How the chain works

central organization → partners → community → activity → growth

  • Center. The organization that leads the network and defines the relationship with each ally.
  • Partners. Who they are, how they join, what level they hold, what they need.
  • Community. Partners as a community rather than a list: relationships, communication, training.
  • Activity. What each partner does and what the center does with them: activations, events, content.
  • Growth. How each partner grows and how the network grows.

Community and commercial growth, together

An important feature of our work is that communities and commercial growth are not necessarily separate. An organization can have partners who help bring in new clients, events that create opportunities and content that attracts new leads. Asaulia’s role is to help order and connect those relationships.

Where it’s in use today

At Concept, Asaulia worked on building a partner network that would let the central organization manage its allies better and drive the growth of that community, alongside the customer acquisition system.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a list of partners fall short?
Because a list says nothing about how partners are organized, what relationship they have with the center, what activities they run or how the organization can support them. Growth through allies needs a structure that makes it possible to manage them and help them grow.
Is a partner network also a sales channel?
It can be. A partner can bring in new clients, an event can strengthen the network and the network can create new opportunities. Community and commercial growth belong together.
Does it work for representative or distributor models?
Yes. The same capability adapts to networks of representatives, allies, teams or communities that depend on a central organization.
